Review: Windows purchased are not the windows that have been installed. Company has installed cheaper/ lower energy efficient windows of a lower grade and not windows documented on the sale agreement.Desired Settlement: Windows stated in contract are the windows that should be installed without prejudice. A guarantee should be made in good faith that windows are in fact true to the order that was placed. This company has been dishonest. When the windows are replaced, there is no clear way to tell that the windows are in fact what was originally ordered; therefore a new contract should be issued stating such.
