[redacted]s response claiming everything is untrue is libelous and false. Her complaint that she wasn't accommodated for two month is largely untrue.On April 11, 2017 she signed up for a future class on Sundays.  She indicated that she was going to be out of town for a few weeks and couldn't come to the currently running set of classes.Mr [redacted] contacted her on June 17, 2017 and told her classes would be starting on June 25, 2017.  She indicated that wanted to cancel and come to classes in the fall. She also wanted a refund outside the terms of her contract.Her claim it was not a no refund contract is false:  the refund policy no refunds if you miss more than two lessons, the only allowed refund is for medical or essential priority (such as military duty out of state). She didn't qualify for that. Mr [redacted] did indeed agree to make a refund anyway. Ms [redacted]'s refund was sent by ordinary USPS mail, with a USPO money order. There was no tracking number other than that of the money order.  She never asked for the money order number. The USPO takes 6 weeks to verify that the money order wasn't cashed to reissue a new one.Ms [redacted]'s claim she has not said anything derogatory is shown to be false by her own statements on this complaint, which is a violation of her release.Mr [redacted] will send the Revdex.com separately copies of the class logs, Ms [redacted]'s contract, and money order documentation.

This person signed a no refund contract. On June 17, I called her to tell her classes were starting the 25th. She also claimed it was too hot and asked about coming to fall classes. I have had classes every week since June 25, she has missed every class.  I usually allow makeup classes in the...

following group training sessions. I sent her a refund despite the contract in August, she promptly lost it. I had to apply for a lost money order on her refund to ensure she hadn't cashed it. It took several weeks before the USPO would reissue it. She has her refund now.

I am rejecting this response because: while I do indeed now have my refund, everything about his response is untrue. Me. [redacted] was unable to accommodate me for over 2 months prior to my requesting a refund. It was not a no-refund contract and Mr. [redacted] was the one who said a refund could be made. Finally, he claimed the USPS lost the original refund, although he could never provide me with a tracking number for that parcel. I have, however, received the refund, and Mr. [redacted] has forced me to sign a release indicating that I will not say anything derogatory toward him or his business, despite how true it is. I therefore am willing to let this matter drop.
