I am rejecting this response because:
First my clerical error by Fairfax county court putting my mugshot out there for a charge that was dropped and entered as a felony when it was a misdemeanor (which is disgusting they attached this) is heinous business practiceI will scan and email you the annexed orders reflecting the clerical error and the courts mistake in issuing my mugshotIf you yelp this company this isn't Kenpos first time at the rodeoSecond I attached proof my ex husband didn't know why it was my debt after the divorce and the decree shows its his debt (previously emailed to you) I have removed this and it has been accepted off my credit report by all three bureausAlso them providing a criminal record that is inaccurate that is not a copy of my official record but arrests again most dropped or not guilty dispositions makes them open to a lawsuit from me. I have said my piece, sent you the proof I have via email, all the emails (unprofessional) with Kenpo and Asf the fact that I had to text Michelle from Kenpo academy a cease and desist due to her calling me repeatedly (which I will send you the call log) and the message of cease and desist shows further their unscrupulous, illegal, unprofessional and demeaning/defemation within their practiceAll while previously threating me and towards me of a lawyer and legal action for defemation against their practice but this is nothing but libel and untrue facts. This is a issue I will be taking to an attorney.

On February 22, 2013 this customer signed her stepdaughter for a 24 month membership to our school even though we offered much shorter membership aggreements even month to month. She gave a credit card and signed authorization to have automatic withdrawal done every month for the tuition. I have a...

inclosed a copy of her signed membership aggreement. She stated in this complaint that she only signed up for a 1 month trial, she knowingly lied, misrepresented the truth because I sent her a copy of her signed membership aggreement on April 27, before she wrote this complaint. She only paid for one month but they kept bringing her stepdaughter for 2 months without paying. Her credit card kept getting rejected multiple times and she was getting charged Return Item fees. She never asked to cancel her contract or fill out the cancellation request form with my billing company and her agreement was never cancelled. She revoked consent to use her credit card for tuition payments on 5/04/2013. I told her all these issues had to go through my billing company so she asked my billing company to stop drafting from that credit card on 05/04/2013 and they did and put her on manual billing. My billing company tried to call her at least 6 times, left her several messages and sent her multiple invoices and emails about her past dues which she chose to ignore and through all of this they kept dropping their daughter off to take class. She never paid for the past due tuition and I never heard from her again until one month ago 4/27/2015, 2 years later. I would have happily sat down with this customer to come to some kind of aggreement. I would have liked to see her at least make an attempt to pay for the months that her stepdaughter attended but instead she chose the ignore everybodys attempt to contact her and then 2 years later tries to destroy my good name and my business by lying, misrepresenting the truth and making defamatory comments about us on the internet. It makes it hard to come to some kind of agreement and compromise when these commments bring in to question her honesty and integrety. -
