The worse customer service organization we have ever dealt withStay away from this companyWe bought three cabinets for $and had our contractor install themTwo of the doors on one of the cabinets arrived defective from the factory [redacted] will provide us new doors, but will not have them installedWe now must hire a contractor for the second time to install the new doors at our cost We have placed two calls to the Designer at American Kitchens Inc, Lora L [redacted] with no positive responseWe made a request to talk with the owner, Tom Vravis , again no positive response He was very rude and extremely self centered Blamed his poor cabinet quality on our contractor and his inability to see this defective product when he picked them upThe defects were obviously from the factory and he refused to do anything to cover this cost Even though he reps [redacted] and should stand behind them, he had the nerve to tell me that if we had purchased a different more expensive brand that we might not have had the same experienceStay away from this company at all cost BTW....they also wanted to charge us $to delivery three cabinets approximately miles We have never been treated this poorly or talked to in such a unacceptable manner
