This towing bussines it has to get terminated,the reason why is because they charge unfair prices over [redacted] + per tow,and very bad costumer service unprofessional,bad attitude,basically not good at all, to many complaints from other people.They charge way to much for a very short time

It is unfortunate that your vehicle was impoundedThe fact of the matter is you were parked in a private parking lot where people pay to have their spot available when they need itThere are signs posted and you had no permission to be thereYou abandoned your vehicle on private property, with no

Beyond that, the people working the business that day were rude and disrespectful, despite the fact that I remained calmIn all, I feel that I was treated unfairly by this company and that they acted illegally during my attempt to retrieve my personal vehicle

This is the only "receipt" they would offer meThey did not allow me to pay with a credit card, they said they would only accept cash, so I don't have a CC receipt unfortunately

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] this response does not make any sense my vehicle was not impounded and it was illegally parked in someone's parking space I live in the building that my car was towed from my own parking lot. This company is irresponsible and doesn't care about anyone's property that they damage when they illegally towed my car.
