Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am willing to sign any privacy documents stating American Lake Credit Union can discuss my complaint with Revdex.com or if American Lake Credit Union would show me where in their policy or rule making that they can take money out of another person's account (without either party knowing) and place the money into another account I would also like to say I received a call from American Lake Credit Union after my complaint was filed with Revdex.com stating my checking account is going to be closed and I can only have a savings accountThey also told me I can only do business with them in the drive thru only Sincerely, [redacted]

They took my daughter's money out of her account and put the money towards my account when it was negativeIt went negative on 7-8-We have days to bring our account to a positive and it has only been days

Due to privacy laws, we are unable to respond to this complaint via this avenueWe are happy to respond directly with the member, but the privacy laws prohibit us from releasing information to a third party
