I have been waiting on a call from derrick at tractor supply for four weeks with no response.I was told he would order me a new one but he has done nothing as of this date! the repair center has stated that this vehicle was not assembled properly by tractor supply employees.I know this to be fact because when entering this unit at your feet in the floor area very sharp screws are protruding and has cut my daughters foot! that is why I no longer will accept this improperly assembled unit and have requested that their service center is sent the new one and they put it together.I can no longer rely on this unit to not give more problems.several problems have already been found and repaired by the service center.this is a brand new unit that has not operated or performed as per their warranty.it is a total piece of junk that I do not want to continue to haul for repairs and break downs.this has cost me lots of time and money and I either would like a new unit,assembled by their repair shop or a total refund of monies!this company has failed to correspond with their independent dealer to correct this problemi am awaiting instructions from tractor supply at this time as to when my unit will be ordered

ASW performed warranty as per our Policy on working with the Dealer with parts and labor coveredAn unfortunate situation with parts sent to the Service location delayed
a quicker repair, however, ASW along with the Dealer diligently worked to get the unit performing correctlyAlthough the ASW warranty on our machines does not normally cover down time, because of this situation, we do feel that an extension of the warranty for days is valid

The unfortunate situation with parts sent to the service location which delayed a quicker response and the original problem, bad contactor switch, which you should have issued a recall on and didn't and then sending the dealer bad switches to replace it with is entirely negligence on the part of your companyBecause I paid for your product in full, It seems you feel no obligation, since you have your money, to provide me with good service and customer satisfactionBesides the bad contactor switches and the days to fix that situation, I have had nothing but trouble with it since I got itCheck records (bad spot weld on clamp resulting in replacement of major component in front end, your shift cable choke cable are junkfreeze up and won't work under degreesand you don't cover them under warrantyI still want compensation for down time when you wouldn't offer a loanerThe only thing I can depend upon about your company and your machine is that it is undependable and time for repair will be lengthy and unacceptable for trying to use this machine on a daily basis for what I bought it forTherefore I still want a cab and tail light kit and the extension of warranty or else I will have no recourse but to let everyone know your company, American Sports Works, part and service are undependable and extremely slow

Bought a go-Kart for 1799.99 and my son had it 5 days and belt broke, took to repair shop they said to go to and it has been three weeks and still no Kart...... it is only a belt omg really Jan 19 and he still doesn't have his Christmas present.... So disappointed in this co.....

I have contacted American Sportsworks numerous times. They said they would cover the repairs since it was 2 days after purchase when it broke. I never got a return call when they said they would look into it. Scotts has the item with the VIN number. Scotts said they ordered the parts. I still do not have the go-kart. I do not know why this is happening. We bought it 3 months ago and it has been out ,now it a used item. This is your certified repair shop who says he is in communication with you.Why would you ask to review the owners manual when I first took it in everything was covered since it was brand new. Since it has been in your shop I was told by your representatives the repairs were covered. It is your item that is defective.
