Review: We hired this company to remove 3 trees and to trim branches on our property. Alex S[redacted] also agreed to clear all ground debris on our property. They have not removed the ground debris (large branches, bark) as agreed. I have left 2 phone messages and sent three emails which have not been returned. We paid American Landscaping on the morning of 4/25/15. That morning before making payment, I walked to the back yard with Alex S[redacted] and pointed out the debris that still needed to removed; he agreed it would be done that morning- after the Spring clean-up was completed. When I returned home later that day, the debris had not been removed. I have sent three follow-up emails: 4/25/15, 4/29/15, and another on 5/5/15. No response to any of them. I left two voicemail messages as well. I actually reached Alex S[redacted] by phone last week. He said he would "send someone out tomorrow" to remove the debris. Nobody has come and no follow-up calls. It seems that Mr. S[redacted] feels that the work they provided was beyond the agreed upon price. This is not my problem. They agreed to provide a service for an agreed upon fee and need to honor it. I will attach a copy of my email correspondence to him. They also need to return calls and emails!Desired Settlement: I would like all the ground debris on our property removed as contracted (and paid for).

Review: American Landscaping did not complete work they agreed to do. We contracted and paid for them to remove 3 large trees and to trim branches in back yard. Alex S[redacted], owner, also agreed to remove all ground debris on our property line. They did not remove the debris. I paid them on 4/25/15. I notified him by email that the debris was not removed late in the day on 4/25/15. I sent a follow-up email on 4/29/15, and another on 5/5/15. No response. I also left two voicemail messages, and spoke to him last week. He said, 'i will send someone out tomorrow to get the debris." Nobody came to remove it.Desired Settlement: For the debris piles to removed from our yard.

Review: Last summer 7/22/14, I hired American Landscaping, LLC Tree Service company on good faith to replace the crumbling concrete steps and to address the issue with the narrow walkway. We agreed to use the recycled material I already had in addition to new materials that was purchased. I am very satisfied with the end product which turned out beautifully but however, after the completion of the project, I noticed after it rained, the new dirt that was laid in the upper right corner of the house was gradually flooding moving down onto the front right landing; now its to the point that the water sits during a rainy day making it inconvenient for visitors to step up without making a leap to avoid the water. I contacted American Landscaping, LLC Tree Service in late March, 2015 to address the issue and during which time American Landscaping, LLC, Tree Service salesman/owner [redacted] said he would address my concerns as soon as the weather gets a little better; sometime early April, 2015 at a cost to him with the stipulation I would pay $200.00 for the equipment". Two weeks ago, Ive spoken to American Landscaping Office Assistant who informed me that since this was a rainy week, my issue would be addressed later on in the week or the following week if weather permitted. It is now end of April and I have not heard from anyone from their company since. I have made several attempts to contact them with no answer or return call.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the front upper right corner of the yard next to the stairs that was regarded with dirt by American Landscaping, LLC fixed to ensure that the water flows away from the house instead of the front landing of the bottom step.
