Review: I bought a package at American Laser Skincare pclinic in [redacted], for $2,200. I only got one treatment out of eight that were total. Last Monday, I had my second appointment at 11 am. When I got there clinic was closed. There was another client who was concerned too. I have been calling and calling and no answers. I am very disappointed I lost my money and no one answers or seems to care. HeeeeelpDesired Settlement: I need a response and help please. My information has been submitted. I need my money back :(

Review: I went to ALS for laser treatment of skin pigmentation and redness. It did not work. When explaining my frustration and disappointment to the service providers, I was informed that their lasers were not the most recent nor were they the strongest lasers on the market (I was told otherwise by their staff when I signed up for services), and that the service providers were frustrated with this fact. I was also told by the service providers that since the treatments were not working on me, were painful, and time consuming, I should not waste any more time or money on them. In addition, for many of my appointments, service providers were late or absent, resulting in missed scheduled treatments. I agreed to a payment plan/credit card for my services with ALS. I have already paid for more treatments than I acutally recieved. I had intended to do more treatments, but due to ASLs fraudeulent claims and advice, I would like to be released from my contract with ALS for any future treatments and any future payments. I believe this is a very fair request.My agreement with them even states, If you are dissatisfied with goods and services that you have purchased with your credit card, and you have tried in good faith to correct the problem with the merchant, you may have the right not to pay the remaining amount due on the purchase. I have repeatedly been in contact with ALS corporate offices, the office in Santa Barbara, and Comenity Capital Bank, who oversees the account, for the past 4 months. I have repeatedly stated my case to be released from my contract and any future payments. They say they cannot refund my money. I have repeatedly explained that I am not looking for a refund, but asking to be released from my contract and any future payment.I would appreciate any advice or service you can offer towards resolving this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like this information used for Revdex.com services, and I would like to be released from my agreement for more services, ergo more payments with this/these companies.
