cancelled @ 9:am on 3/3/ Regarding the lack of communication, unfortunately we have no information from the former clinic manager, however, our records do show that the new clinic manager, has been in contact with the customer multiple times: 3/16/- 1st day on job, manager called and left voicemail 3/16/- manager sent a response to email 3/16/- manager received a reply back from customer 3/17/- manager sent a response to email (Additional emails from customer were received and opened by another staff member and overlooked by the clinic manager, which we do apologize for.) 3/26/- manager received email from customer 3/27/- received voicemail at clinic (phones & internet were down for days) 3/27/- sales person at corporate answered phone call from customer (At this time the clinic manager and the new tech were in Amarillo for training) 3/30/- technician followed up with a call and left voicemail 4/13/- clinic manager attempted contact again Regarding treatment and a request for refund, due to hair growth in the area of treatment, weeks is the minimum about of time between treatments in order to reach the anagen hair growth stageLonger time between treatments is just as effective, but shorter time is notCustomer is still on tract to reach 90% hair-free status (which is considered success) within the time frame of her year contract which ends 7/21/ Customer has already received of her treatments in her package, however with her 2-yr Appearance Plan, she is capable of receiving up to more treatments if necessary to reach 90% hair-free status if she wishes to resume treatment.
