This is in response to *** *** complaint. *** *** made her online order and picked several poses which weren't part of her packageAfter I informed her that she was only allowed one pose she became angry and questioned a conversation I had with the
Daycare giver about a free sheet of photos which had nothing to do with herAfter she realize that she wasn't getting a free pose nor a free sheet she became irate and I after warning her disconnect the line but before I did I asked her to have a blessed dayShe then had her husband call and leave a voicemail on my phone asking to call him back ASAP in which I did notI have also attached our package list. *** *** did indeed pay $and in returned I have mailed a one pose package which consist of (1) 8x& (2) 5x7s
