Review: I punched a laser hair removal package from the company and received 2 treatment and when I went back for my 3rd they where no longer there. I call for about a week with out a response and then read the they had closed down.Desired Settlement: Transfer my laser package to another laser center

Review: This company closes down and did not complete all of the services agreed to I have paid in full all of the services.Desired Settlement: I would need a refund!

Review: I purchased about $3,000 worth of hair removal packages from this clinic. My packages included several treatments that would take over a year to complete. When I called to make my third appointment for the package of treatments I purchased I received an answering machine that said the clinics were shut down and permanently closed. I am now getting billed by [redacted] Capital Bank for services I did not receive. I call the clinic and other numbers found on their website www.americanlaser.com but all lines are disconnected. My American laser skincare account number is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the services I did not receive. My bill at [redacted] Capital Bank is currently $2,678.60.
