I sent final amount of mortgage They put it in a suspended acct instead of crediting my acct After I realized what they had done I got them to credit the acct In the meantime they charged me cent in interest fees and charged me months of late fees and reported this to he credit bureaus I had no way of knowing I had abalance of this penny that they overcharged me for because the monthly statement did not include my unit number I complained to the company twice and was told the manager would look into it and call me back I never heard from anyone

Mortgage company debited almost $from my checking acct without my approval When I reversed the debit, they charged me a $fee
PHH Mortgage provided me with a loan to purchase my home in I pay my monthly mortgage via ACH Debit and the amount is debited from my checking account In February, PHH debited an extra $from my checking account without my consent (There was apparently a $shortfall in my escrow account to pay taxes and insurance.) I did not know they were going to do this and I did not have an extra $in my checking account This extra charge was going to cause all my other checks to bounce I called my bank and told them to reverse the entire charge I then went on the PHH website and made my monthly payment on a one-time basis, and I added an extra $to put toward the shortfall in the escrow account I then spoke with several customer service representatives from PHH to try and fix the situation They were unable to figur

I have had a home mortgage with this company for 2yrs, in Nov they raised my mortgage by $per month!
I was sent a notice of not making my mortgage payment back in January for my home at ***, lutz fl; when I called to dispute (since I have my mortgage auto drafted) I was told there was an issue with the timing and to dis regard the notice Its now March and when I called in today I was told as of Nov of my monthly payment was increased from $18XX to $25XX per month When I asked how is that possible they said it was due to a tax increase in my area After speaking to Hillsborough County Tax collector who confirmed I have enrolled in homestead act, they show it only going up by $per month So how can they bill me $per mo for a $monthly tax increase I have called repeatedly the past months and am never given a supervisor when asked, nor can anyone explain or provide any information or documentation as to why the change other then escro

Phh mortgage services (American Express mortgage) as well as Mortgage Service Center has mismanaged my payments to my mortgage as well as handled my customer service issues with complete disregard for my time or credit damageThey are repeating the same errors repeatedly which is requiring me to contact customer service repeatedly, which I've been transferred, declined a manager, and hung up on, disconnected several timesMy mortgage payments continuously are applied to my principle balance whic then leads to harassment from the collection department, 4-calls a dayWhen I call collections back, I am transferred to customer service and have been on hold as long as minutesWhen a representative does pick up, at least one of three representatives hang up/disconnect the call
