American Leak Detection of Miami

American Leak Detection was called out to Miami to a home near the Miami International Mall for a plumbing leak detection. Homeowner was having water damage to two story condo and thought they might have a plumbing leak. Our experienced leak technician pressure tested the domestic supply lines finding them solid at city pressure indicating the leak not on plumbing lines. Using infrared thermal cameras, we narrowed the leak source to a second floor bathroom. Further plumbing exploration found the shower pan test failed. Leak was marked for future repair.
