I am following up from our phone conversation on Friday, September 15, at 2:20pmI gave you a statement in regard to helping Customer [redacted] and [redacted] On November 10, 2016, Ms [redacted] asked that we change her due date to the 15th of each monthI did advise Ms [redacted] that I did speak to my supervisor and we could move her due date to the 15th of each month beginning in December Ms [redacted] was quite happy we changed the due date for herIn early spring 2017, I do recall speaking to Ms [redacted] , stating she wanted to trade in her vehicle because she was not happy with the interest rateI advised her I cannot change her interest rateShe also stated she was not happy with the car in generalOn April 18, 2017, [redacted] informed me she would not be making her payment because she was trading in her van to another dealerI did advise her that she will still need to make her payment, and there were no arrangements for a payment or payoff from the dealer she was trading into.In June 2017, Ms [redacted] stated to me again she was not happy with the interest rate and that she wanted to trade the car in somewhere and get a different vehicleShe was also upset that her credit had not improved as she was under the impression that buying a car would improve her credit immediatelyOn June 22, 2017, another dealership called for a 10-day payoffOn June 29, 2017, Ms [redacted] called and asked why the car was not reporting to credit bureausI advised her that I would check into the situation and see what was going onI also advised her that it may take some time as sometimes an account may not pop up instantly on the credit bureaus.On July 17, 2017, we received a payoff for Ms [redacted] 's account and the account was paid in full.On 07/25/2017, Ms [redacted] 's account was reported to [redacted] as a paid Auto.If you have any questions, please contact me at [redacted] .Thank you, [redacted] ***

She also stated she was not happy with the car in general. On April 18, 2017, [redacted] informed me she would not be making her payment because she was trading in her van to another dealer.
