Business is in China. There is nothing American about American Legend Rider. I do my best to buy from companies in the United States. I paid the extra for expedited shipping thinking it was coming from the U.S. It was not. Currently 11 days in and my order is sitting in a shipping center in China. There was no purpose in paying the extra shipping fee as it will take the exact same amount of time. I was duped to think this was an American Company and that when you pay for expedited you get your products faster.
This is fake company. I placed an order and due to a emergency, immediately cancelled. I have tried to email and call this company several times with no results. I refused my order on delivery and the package was sent back to the return address on their package. Well they knew I cancelled the order from the many messages I left and wrote so, they deliberately put a fake address as the return address on their package. My package could not be returned and sitting in some warehouse owned by ***. So because they put a fake return address on their shipment, they didn’t get their package back and I am out of the money and the product. I am not kidding - I can only pray that one day this company is audited by the IRS and whomever is behind this scam, pays for it!

I have yet to receive the order. Once I receive the order, the issue will be resolved. I did receive the emial that the item was shipped.
