Dear *** ***,On Thursday, July 13, received a letter from you informing me of a complaint made against my company, American Legends PhotographyI was to respond within daysToday, Wednesday, July 19th, I receive another letter scolding me for not respondingIt hasn't been a week yet and
find nowhere on your website where it says "response to a complaint."The complaint ID # is ***A woman ( I guess I'm not supposed to use names?) complained that she did not receive her Little League picture (a $Magazine Cover) of her daughter from the Little League season- that is over a year agoHer last name is an unusual one so I would have remembered it, yet checked my call logs and went through my emails, nothing with that name was entered.I take players sports pictures on a designated field, send the info to my Lab, which is *** out of Spokane, WA, and then once they are returned to me I return them all to the league coordinator or presidentThey then have the coaches pick up their teams picture packages and the coach distributes themI have not heard from this woman or her child's coach that she did not receive her picturesThe Lab has her ordered marked that it went out with the rest of the players on her teamPerhaps she misplaced them? She could have saved herself time by just calling me.On Monday, July 17, 2017, reordered her magazine cover and it will be mailed to her home from the Lab in Spokane, WA.Thank you for all you do for people yet hope that this is the one and only time ever hear from you.I work very hard to please all of my customers and I go above and beyond for themShe really needn't write to you-she just should have contacted me.The picture of her daughter is darling so I thought she would rather have that than the money.Sincerely,Bonnie Lee C
