As a direct result of their negligent handling of our shipment, I was unable to attend my wife's Mom's funeral and help with the administrative details of her death, and I completely missed our son's high school graduation.? This caused significant emotional distress for our family for which I believe TierOne should offer a cash settlement.? In the absence of such a settlement, I do not feel they have acted in good faith in response to our complaint.?
