I bought a scooter in September 2016 and I already have lot problems with it. How can a new scooter have so many problems? The manual they gave me says that the batteries are covered by warranty for 3 years. But when I call because the batteries have died, they want for me to pay more than $200 to buy the batteries, and do not want to recognize the batteries as being under warranty. They say that the manual I have does not belong to the scooter. This is outrageous. They are unprofessional, they have terrible customer services, their website is not working properly. They do not give me the real manual. A friend of mine has to do a lot repairs on my scooter because the scooter is also not properly configure. Those people are con artists. I talk to the store who is selling their scooters and he says he is not going to sell their scooters or any of their items anymore. I have to buy the batteries somewhere else because I am not going to buy anything from those people, never again. Those people are con artists. They have no professionalism, they have no business and customer service skills. They are not friendly. They are rude. This is horrible how they have treated customers and how they lied. They should be out of business. I want the manual for my scooter.
