Our Chicago office reached out to the patient and apologized for the issues they were having on getting their refund Apparently the refund check that was sent got sent back to our office and messages were left for the patient to confirm the address A refund check of $was issued and
mailed to the correct address

Dear Revdex.com,In regards to the complaint filed. Our company has certain questions we ask all new patients on the phone ranging from their height and weight, what area of interest the patient is interested in getting work done on and if this is something financially the...

patient is ready to move forward with. For all patients who travel from out of town we explain it's a two appointment process where the patient must do a phone consult with the nurse and then travel in twice (once for the pre op and once for the surgery). We are more than happy to have patient [redacted] come in for her free consultation. After the consult the patient must travel back in for her pre op with the Doctor and then a third time for her Surgery, Our practice tries to make the process easier for traveling in patients by making three appointments two appointments,We treat all patients equally for all of our offices and our mission is to help our patients reach their weight goals.Please reach out with any questions.
