We contracted with Custom Wood Creations in August of to add an addition to our homeWe were told it would be a two week job Construction did not begin until January of The job was not finished until May of We received numerous complaints from our HOA about the time it was taking to complete the projectTwo weeks after completion in June of moisture started forming on our hardwood floors in the kitchen where he added the addition Where the addition was added was not sealed properly resulting in a inch area the whole way across the floor that turned black Trying to get the contractor to come back and address the issue was painstaking He finally came back in late July and cut up the inch piece across and resealed and left it like that for months with the floor cut out In November he sent a crew and they make shifted some hardwood pieces that looked like a checkerboard across the gapHe was suppose to rip up the remaining floor and comp
