Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My mailing address they have listed was an active PO Box until April of and after I moved, all mail was forwarded to my new, and still current address., And I never received a single letter from the company regarding the remaining balance they state is owedThe telephone number listed on this account was an active cellphone of mine until February of Not one single phone call from them regarding the amount they state is owedI refuse that I owe this debt, and am disputing itI request that American Loans update my credit report to reflect as suchI do not agree with the response of the representative of American Loans stating that I could pay the remaining balance and they would deem the account paid in full to the credit bureau, because I do not agree to owing the balanceI again request that American Loans either list the account as being disputed, or remove it from my credit report all together.
