Everything that I stated to you has been the truth but I won’t say that for the company I’m dealing with. I have texts they sent my to verify there lie that they previously were gonna send me the phone case before you got in this. They were gonna try to make me pay s&h to get it again.
We already replied to the customer regarding this issue to send a replacement free of shipping and we were only waiting for her approval of which she did not reply. We are attaching here the screenshot of our reply showing that our customer already read our email.
Hi [redacted],Our company, American Loco, already offered to send a replacement to the customer Margaret Estevez for the wrong phone wallet size she received. We were only waiting for a reply from her if a replacement is alright with her. We could not send her a replacement without her approval...
