Review: Car carrier delivered my motorcycle damaged (torn leather seat)and refuses to give me insurance information. Upon contact with merchant he used fowl language and told me he wasn't paying for any damage.

Review: I contracted the company to transport my truck. I cancelled the contract and have been calling the company for over 2 years, with no resolution.
For several days, I was told that the driver would be at my house in a matter of hours, but he never showed. I then got a call stating that the driver measured my truck and found it to be too large to fit on his transport, again, he never actually showed up to my house. After the allotted period, the company stated that they were unable to deliver my truck, so I met all the criteria and was successfully released from my contract. I was told a refund check would be to me in 6-8 weeks. The cancellation date was 29JUN11. I waited for 2+ months, and did not receive a check. I called back and spoke to [redacted]. He agreed with all my comments and stated he did not know the status of my check, but that it should have been sent out. I have been calling for almost 2 years now and have gotten nowhere. The same guy ([redacted], I believe) keeps telling me all kinds of stories (i.e. they will return my call, they just left, they are in a meeting, they are on the other line, etc.). This guy did call me back twice over the past month, but both times to tell me that the refund department had already gone home for the day. I have been calling nearly daily and leaving messages, but again to no avail. Here lately, when I call, someone just picks up the phone, then hangs up without saying a word. I have 5x phone numbers for the company, 2 of which are no longer working.Desired Settlement: I paid $920 for a service that was not performed. I am only asking to receive my $920 refund, per their terms and conditions. If anything else gets added, then that is just a bonus.
