[redacted]It is so disappointing that the company can respond to the Revdex.com and that no one in your organization does not check the facts.  Their letter back to you is totally inaccurate.  Here are the fact and this should allow you to give their organization a -poor rating.1) I never told them that my children had damaged the hula girl but was defective out of the package and that the person I gave it to as a gift open the unit only to find it was broken on the inside.  They never listened to anything I told them.2) They did ask me to send it back, but “never” indicated they would fix it or replace it at no charge.  They also said to include $9.00 to cover shipping back to me.  I felt this was not a reasonable request on the purchase of a brand new item.  The $9.00 was more than I paid for the product.3) I had brought this new from one of their venders and they could of cared less.  I don’t think this represented businesses in Hawaii.  And for Revdex.com to give them a GREAT  score would seem like Revdex.com doesn’t care either.4) I have done a lot of business with our local Revdex.com here in the state of Washington and found them to be a good watch dog company.  Your handling of this complaint shows me if you from out of town you don’t care about visitor to your state.  So if the vendor rip you off it is OK with Revdex.com.[redacted]
