The Keep Selling Property (KSP) team would like to acknowledge the customer’s concern. We routinely send handwritten messages to estates in an effort to send our sympathy and work with the aggrieved to settle what can be an overwhelming time and process. In these messages, there is never
any ill will or insensitive intent. We do not wish to upset our community, to the contrary we are here to help much like we have done for many of the individuals in our community who have gone through the same thing. In fact, many have called us a blessing for stepping in a making such a difficult process extremely easyWe at KSP pride ourselves on being problem solvers, not ones who create problems. We are only working to provide to the community the blessing and gift as God fearing individuals ourselves are called to do. Again, the KSP team by no means sent the sympathy card in an aggressive or heartless manner. We sincerely apologize to this customer, and again would like to express our deepest condolences for her loss. We will remove her from our list and send our very best regards and wishes managing her mother’s estate and most importantly the grieving process.
