promised delivery date. Called credit card and they reversed charges through paypal.. was refunded. Started getting texts from seller promising hat was almost done and promising new delivery date. . I called credit card company they re paid for the hat on my request directly to the seller. . Time passed delivery date nothing. . No response from seller.. I provided seller proof of re credit to them from my credit card company.. supplied them w phone number and case number to prove the item has been paid for again. Seller wanted me to pay another 480$ for hat and refused to provide me hat.. even. after I provided documentation from credit card company citing pay pal had been refunded from the 1st charge back but they paid seller directly on my request and refused to contact my credit card company and ignored all proof documents of payment I sent them outside of paypal

Hello in regards to [redacted] case and against me and my company American-made outlaw. If you see below from PayPal that his money was given back to him from PayPal to his credit card company and he received I have been on the phone with PayPal for two hours. I can have PayPal and the Revdex.com and [redacted] on the phone with me and PayPal will be able to tell the Revdex.com and himself that I do not have the money and that the money went back to his credit card company.. And that he also received a habit of the hat was sent out and on top of it that he bashed my company on social media so to me the guy is a complete unprofessional ignorant human being ..
So if we need to go into a three-way conversation we can and I can get PayPal on the phone with the Revdex.com and everybody can explain to Mr. [redacted] that he's gotten his hat and he also has got his money refunded by PayPal to his credit card company and that he had a lower himself to the size of a two-year-old to go on a personal bashing on social media..
Due to that I cannot write on the response on the Revdex.com complaint could you please post this on the complaint..
Now as a nice guy that IM and been doing this for over 14 years I am willing to fix this situation if Mr. [redacted] would understand that he didn't get his money back and he also didn't get it sat and if he saying he didn't get his hat then that hat need to be looked after and try to figure out where the [redacted] it went. And if he did not receive the hat and he's putting his word against that as a man. Then I am willing to make another hat and make sure he gets it but he has to understand that that $480 has to go back to PayPal..
Because as PayPal as stated and will stay with everybody on the phone that his credit card company is holding up $480 it's has nothing to do with PayPal or me..
Please post this and that response if you could I appreciate it if you read below you will see PayPal's response

I have never received any item from American Made outlaw or from [redacted] himself. As I said in past post when I ordered the hat I paid through Paypal. by my credit card, after not receiving the hat I called my credit card and the charges were reversed, then I was contacted via text messages (which I have all of them saved if I need to post) asking me why I took this action.. [redacted] stated he was still working on the hat and promised a delivery date of August 30th-2015 - through usps with tracking number emailed to me. I called Paypal and my credit card company and dropped the dispute- I was charged by my credit card company on 09/24/2015 for the original 480.00$ from the transaction date of 07/13/2015 (see prior attachments) . Nothing.. stopped responding to calls/texts until the story about his arm being broke while chasing someone that broke into his business and stole his air brushes..
I contacted paypal back they stated since I dropped the first distribute They could no longer assist me in getting my money/hat..
I called my credit card company.. (See prior attachments) and they paid [redacted] 480.00 on 09/24/2015, I have asked them to look into reopening the case due to still not receiving the hat but did pay for it . They are still looking into the matter in seeing if they can refund my money or If I have to take other legal actions.
Im willing to have a three-way conversation via phone with my credit card company- [redacted]- and the Revdex.com, so they can advise [redacted] and Revdex.com that the item has indeed been paid for directly from the credit card company.
I have supplied [redacted] the phone number and Case number to inquire directly with them but he only wants to deal with paypal that states the charges were reversed due to the first reversal of charges and does not show the complete details of the transaction. (Phone number and case number on prior attachments)
As far as social media, there is several other subjects that have also been ripped off and not received there items nor there money back. You can easily find the complaints on searching for American outlaw complaints- yes and including mine.. also if you follow American Outlaw facebook page .. several people of complained on his own facebook page but gets deleted by [redacted] himself.. (Ive got screen shots of many of these complaints also)
I just want my money back on this and chalk it up to a lessoned learned.. Its pretty simple for [redacted] to contact my credit card company and inquiry...
As far as [redacted] stating Im a unprofessional ignorant human being and to lower myself to the size of a two-year-old to go on a personal bashing on social media .. no comment
