We have trim laying in our yard he took down.lso as proof I submitted D [redacted] takes months to install and repair. I don't want this case closed until D [redacted] has put the trim back up on my house and I have the refund in my hand, not months from now.nd last, this is as proved my the pictures I submitted was poor quality work. This has left us in a bind to find someone to replace and repair this siding BUT if D [redacted] will come out and put the trim back up and refund me the money within a weeks time we accept. The TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE $7366

Good Afternoon K[redacted],We are attaching some pictures for this file so you can see that therereally is no siding falling off the house and the trim doesn't lookhorrible as the customer has stated. We would never intentionally damagesomeones home as she suggested. We don't dispute that there are some areasthat needed to be reinstalled but she has had someone out to look at thewalls and has been told that you should not be able to see laps, seams androws. This is vinyl siding and there is no way to avoid those thingsshowing. If you zoom in close enough on anything you can see imperfectionsand make things appear worse than they actually are. When I went back on12/28/17 and she didn't like anything about the wall that I had redone theprevious day, I knew at that point she would never be happy with thisstyle siding. This is the main reason I decided to refund her money, notbecause we couldn't do the job correctly to manufacturer specs, butbecause she just didn't like the product once it was installed.At American Made Windows customer satisfaction is paramount. It is alwaysdisheartening to hear that in spite of our best efforts we have beenunable to satisfy a valued customer’s expectation. Since our customerssatisfaction is the cornerstone of our business we have agreed to not onlyrefund the customer for the cost of the stone siding, which was ½ of thejob, but the cost of the entire project. We hope the customer is able tofind a product and installer that will help her achieve the look she isgoing for. We apologize that we were unable to assist her in this process.We will mail her check out this afternoon.Sincerely,D**
