Please contact the office at *** and submit a work order to have maintenance come to your apartment home and clean the AC vent(s) that you are referring toAs mentioned in earlier communication, we do not provide ac duct cleaning but we can clean the actual vents that are attached to the ducts. When ac systems run cold in warm temperatures, condensation can accumulate on the actual vent and if not wiped down can create a mildew situationWe can provide assistance on removing the mold on the vents. I hope that this will alleviate the problem.

In response to the resident’s notification, under Desired Settlement:
1. Food replacement from a refrigerator issue – resident requested food items be replaced but...
did not provide receipt for purchases, in lieu of a refund for the items, Management reduced the residents account balance by $50.00
2. Vent Cleaning- resident requesting the vents be cleaned; as there is no evidence, after maintenance inspection, of any issues pertaining to the vents, I am assuming that the resident is requesting the duct work be cleaned. Duct cleaning must be performed by a licensed HVAC company that has the proper equipment and is outside the maintenance scope that would be performed by on-site staff member. We do inspect the HVAC systems, i.e., air handler and compressors; provide repairs, Freon charging, and replacement parts and components if needed and monthly filter changes as part of normal maintenance. We can provide the resident with the numbers of several companies that provide the professional duct cleaning services but the resident would be responsible for paying for that service.
