I should have looked here firstThis company tried to pull a bate and switch with meI submitted a request for quote online and was called within minutes The person I spoke with got my moving details and gave me an estimate of costThen someone called me back about minutes later and started off by saying they quoted the wrong travel time and then started telling me about all the extras I would need to payI said no thanks and told them if this is how they run their business with this bate and switch I didn't need to do business with them

We are truly sorry about Ms [redacted] experience I was personally involved with the move and I spoke with the customer that was at the house to get a better understanding of the problem at hand After speaking with the customer there was a concern for how long the move would takeWe take pride in the work that our sales team provides, and we only quote the price per hour and not how long a move will take due to not knowing full details of the customer’s belongings It is unfortunate that the movers had to come back to the local office to pick up a few items but the time was removed from the customer’s bill I am unaware of who the customer spoke with that hung up on her but I do apologize for those actions All My Sons Moving & Storage is currently doing everything to assist Ms [redacted] with the damage to her items and once again we are deeply sorry about her experience as we strive every day to promote great customer service and to place a smile on every customers face We do look for all of our moves to be stress freeWe employee experienced moving professionals to provide excellent customer service

The company I hired for a full pack and move was All My Sons to move me from Indiana to MarylandApparently, they are part of Greeneline Long story short, I was promised I would have experienced packers and movers, and that my valuables would be treated with utmost care The movers arrived without any boxes or packing materials for the full pack When, two hours later, the company sent down some boxes, there was nothing there for all the artwork that was supposed to be bubble-wrapped, and no wardrobe boxes for clothesThey lost and damaged a good many itemsIt is heartbreakingI filed a claim with the company (All My Sons Customer Care) and they offered me a pittance of $184, and the legal commitment to never speak badly of them to anyoneUnbelievable

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was contacted by phone by [redacted] on November 26th and was told he would call me right back I did not receive a call back so I called over the weekend and Monday I finally reached him He told me they are looking for my wheel in the warehouse and he took the serial number and model number of my hospital bed and is trying to find a replacement wheel I asked what they will do if they cannot find a replacement and he said he doesn't know I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does find a replacement wheel I will consider this portion of the complaint resolved If they do not find a replacement wheel since I don't know what they will do I cannot say that the problem is resolved They do not want to address the fact that they didn't finish the job and left half of my belongings sitting in the driveway Regards, [redacted]

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLEWe hired this company a month in advance prior to our move from Greenwood to AndersonI wish I had read the reviews online first because they are right! This company is by far the worst and most unprofessional! We were to move Sunday June 28th, We get a call on Friday the 26th that our move will not take place on that day and it will have to be moved to Monday the 29thThat was a huge inconvenienceI tried to speak with a manager several times and was transferred all around the place and hung up on several times during this processIt was extremely frustratingFINALLY I get a hold of someone who tells me there is NO manager on dutyI was so upsetThey tell me that they will call on Sunday to confirm our move is on MondayWe do get a call on Sunday, but its to tell us that our move will NOT take place on Monday eitherYou know what we did? We got a u-haul and did it ourselvesThis place is not worth the hassleNext time I will either do it myself again or go with a reputable companyIt was such a bad experience with this company that I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, which they have on file as of today's dateNow it will be
