AMS performed a "jetting" process in our condo building and forced sewage into my unit through the bathroom and kitchen sinks ruining my laminate flooring in the living roomThere was sufficient flooding to spread beyond the bathroom and kitchen floors, which are tile and not affected by the sewageThe "jetting", forcing air and water at high pressure down a "drain stack", proved to be a disaster for my unit, and others I am toldOn Thursday, March 23, sinks were fouled with sewageI alerted management about the issue and expressed concern that the process would worsen as the jetting crew moved to higher floors each successive day for ten daysSure enough, on Friday, March 24, water was allowed to baand overflow without any monitoring by AMS staff, which possibly could have saved the laminate flooringOn subsequent days, persons were in the unit to control such overflow, which happened on at least one more day(no further damage after 3/24/17, to their credit) AMS claims t
