I have reviewed the response and we stand by our initial response which details the facts of his transaction with us on the subscription.In short, he responded to an e-mail offer, confirmed acceptance of the offer and chose the billing optionWe billed, and never received a payment, or any customer service contact even though he had our address right on the invoice copy he provided and our number readily availableIf he had, the order would have been canceled at that timeWe do not send sample magazines and bill for a subscription unless we have a firm, confirmed order from the subscriber regardless of what he thinksunfortunately, nothing I write here right now will convince him otherwise.I can state again that his order was canceled, he owes us nothing and if any invoices cross in the mail from us or any other party concerning this subscription they can be ignored
