Regarding Ms [redacted] 's difficulties with her Orbitz reservation She did indeed book a room with the Motel located in Terre Haute Indiana I can understand her frustration with trying to deal with Orbitz I too, have trouble with the 3rd party reservation sites as they do not cancel reservations easily for the properties Because she did not cancel with Orbitz in a timely, to them, manner, then as far as Orbitz is concerned I received the reservation, held a room for Ms [redacted] and I will be charged a booking fee by Orbitz for this room I cannot force Orbitz to cancel this reservation and I will be charged the booking fee regardless of whether I receive my money or not because they do not consider it cancelledIf I refund her money then her booking will be a negative for me If she can get Orbitz to cancel the reservation and thus cancel all of my incurred fees - I would be happy to refund her money If Orbitz will not cancel the reservation then I would be happy to refund her money minus what Orbitz will charge me for the booking Again, dealing with Orbitz is entirely out of my hands - they are more anxious to please and accommodate hotel customers and not the hotels Please let me know if there is anything additional I can do and what the outcome is regarding Orbitz Thank you Kathy R [redacted] Message history

The customer is absolutely incorrect. I do not know why, he was paranoid from the start, the emails that we received even before he ever received the machine are below. I had absolutely NOTHING to do with him being deleted from the forum. He signed up there only to bash our company, and...

many many people, NONE who work for our company had responded to his post saying that his complaints had no merit.    His main complaint was that he says the machine is serial numbered and dated from August 2017, and he received it in November of 2017. We explained to him that these machines are made in China, which after they are made, it takes us a few months to receive them from over there.  So thats why it is dated August, and we just received them in November and shipped one to him. The dates can vary much more than that with different models. Thats about as close as it can possibly even get! He started before ever even receiving the machine, as you can see in the email. Thinking that we shipped it too fast?  Thinking the trucking company is going to take it apart and steal parts off of it because they were a few hours later than they said to deliver it?    Like where the heck does someone even come up with these things.  We wanted the customer to be happy with the machine, but there is nothing we can do about the date, or little imperfections in the paint, etc.   It is a low priced, Chinese milling machine, the lowest priced hobby level machine that we carry, and he wants it to be just like a $100,000 Machine. I want him to be happy with it, but he also has to be reasonable. Even a $100,000 machine is going to get little dings in the paint or something from setting it up. Its impossible for that not to happen no matter how careful they are setting it up.           I have offered more than once to him, that if this customer is not happy with the machine, to return for a full refund. That is no problem. He will lose nothing. He has refused to do so, and I do not understand why. If he was not happy with it, RETURN IT FOR A FULL REFUND, JUST LIKE I OFFERED MORE THAN ONCE.  Emails are included as an attachment. We tried our best, we have thousands of happy customers, but I guess you can't win them all even though we would like to.
