I have now dealt with the company two times and have nothing but respect and appreciation for how the organization at VW of south charlotte is runMy old VW died (I had it paid off) on me and they were taking it apart to see if and how much it could be fixed forWhen the number got too high for me I was able to ask them to make me an offer for that car for parts, they did and it was fairThat was when I met xxxxx my sales consultant and according to his cars a VW Certified master, and from my dealings with him I would say that is a very accurate depictionHe started working for me before I got there, he called me and asked about where I wanted my payments by the time I got to the dealer ship he had cars he wanted to shoe meAfter I test drove the one I picked he handed me off to xxxxx the Finance director there at VW of south charlottexxxxx was able to help me out get me the car payment I wanted and they both made what had started as a stressful event ( its never fun to start thinking about making monthly car payments again) into an enjoyable experienceI fully recommend anyone needing a new or used car to make VW of south charlotte one of your stopsAnd ask for xxxxx,

This was my first time bringing my Jetta in here for servicexxxxx was my Service Consultant and did an outstanding job
It was an expensive transmission repair and despite the car being out of warranty on time yet in warranty on miles, they worked with VW to get parts covered for me and I just paid laborOutstanding customer service!!

Has anyone else taken their car to this dealership for an appraisal and test drive and come back to leave the dealership and seen damages on their car
This is my experience and I'm becoming highly suspiciousI do not wish to accuse anyone but only to seek information to see if others have experienced the same thing

It was amazing being a customer of Volkswagen of South Charlotte for the third time today, ultimately taking delivery of a beautiful new Golf R. Just like all the purchase experiences I've had at this dealership, my experiences have all been excellent!

My deal was handled with knowledge, grace and kindness at every turn. I felt very taken care of throughout the entire process - as though I was family.

Because they are also a warranting, professionally trained dealer, I also had an aftermarket performance mapping upgrade and carbon fiber air intake system installed on the car - same day - before taking it home. My experiences in the Parts and Service departments were exemplary as well. I can honestly say that any surveys I receive for this day will reflect the actual experience I had, resulting only in the highest marks.

xxxxx - the General Manager is great and completely focused on customer satisfaction. It makes sense then that all his employees are the same. xxxxx - my Sales Consultant, and xxxxx, the General Sales Manager with whom I worked were excellent and dedicated to customer satisfaction as well.

I cannot recommend Volkswagen of South Charlotte highly enough and look forward to number 4 from them, myself!
