After 4 years of travel nursing, I caught my recruiter trying to funnel me and other nurses to a hospital with impending strikes, denied that there was a possibility to get into the hospital of my choice. Stating that I recieved a negative review, on by chance visiting this hospital I found that they were hoping I would return and had been waiting my application. this company lied to me to meet the demands of a strike.

Review: This company sent my W2 information to the wrong address and wrong state. They sent my W2 to Connecticut and I live in Ohio. I have made various phone calls since learning of this mistake. They say that they are sorry for the mistake however, the company has yet to deliver my W-2's to the right address. I also asked if the tax calculations that they used were for the state Ohio and not Connecticut, they could not tell me that information. I have asked them to trace the original documents that were sent to Connecticut, they have not done that, even though the postal service has suggested this action.. This company has compromised my personal identity and has done no the to resolve this situation.Desired Settlement: I want this business to fix this problem. Since my personal information has been compromised I think credit monitoring would be the least they could do. I do not want this to happen to anyone else. The company needs to change the way they do business in order to keep individuals private information secure.

Review: American Mobile Advertised Refer A Friend Program: You could refer a friend to their organization to start a contracted travel nurse assignment. I referred a friend in hopes of receiving the advertised $500 dollar referral bonus. The rules state "We will notify you about the eligibility status of your referral (see program rules below): Once your referral completes a full 13-week assignment or longer with us in one of the specialties below, you'll be eligible for a cash bonus depending on specialty!!" and "To be eligible for the referral bonus, the referred candidate must be a new contact for AMN Healthcare (i.e. not already in AMN Healthcare's traveler database)" the remaining offer explains the amounts for each specialty. On October 30, 2013 I referred a nurse to AMN. I kept regular contact with AMN representative, after I referral to assure my bonus eligibility (because that is what the advertisement stated) I emailed the AMN representative on November 1, 2013 @ 11:22 inquiring "...Do I need to do anything else to get the referral bonus for *Nurse*..." I received an email back on November 1, 2013 @14:33 stating "Checking with my referral department. Thank you, [redacted]" I did not hear anything back from AMN representative... I thought that I would give them amble time to confirm and inform me of the eligibility of my side of the advertised incentive: to provide a referral employee and persuade them to accept/sustain contract. 2 weeks passed before my attempt to contact the representative back, on November 14, 2013 @ 12:54 I inquired again "Any word from referral department? Heard that *Nurse* starts next week. When will the referral bonus be paid out and how?" I received an email back on November 14, 2013 @ 17:32 stating "I've already checked on that and unfortunately, *Nurse* was not truly a referral since she had already signed up with AMN back in 2012..." I then confirmed that *Nurse* had never signed up with AMN. So I asked representative about her employment with AMN. The response on November 15, 2013 @ 11:08 AMN informed me that it was "Nurse Choice" was the company that she signed up with. I then requested to view the policy/rules/guidelines for eligibility of advertisement on November 15, 2013 @ 16:43. I have not received communication back from AMN. AMN failed to notify me, according to advertisement, of my eligibility status prior to my referrals acceptance of contract ignoring my attempts to gain confirmation of eligibility and failed to advertise that "affiliate companies" disqualify from advertised incentive.Desired Settlement: Advertised $500 referral incentive
