Review: This company has scammed me out of $995.00. In fact, this company has stopped answering its phones and has taken thousands of dollars from unsuspecting clients who thought they were getting help with a modification.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. They did not secure a modification for me. I contacted bank of america on my own and was helped from staff of the office of the ceo. I am grateful I did contact them because I had a sale date that AMA told me was postponed but it wasn't true. Only after dealing with bank of america directly was my loan modification processed.

Review: I contacted American Mortgage Aid to save my home and refinance because we were behind on house payments. these people wanted 1,500 and said they will help me. They never helped and took my money. I have been trying to get in touch with them at these numbers 949-534-0588 and 949-427-3907 with no response or phone not working their was nothing I can do. I contacted you because This is misleading and they took my money. this was done on my mothers part whom has a stroke.id number [redacted] and a password [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like my money back, they scammed my mother and me and did not help
