Thanks for you e-mail regarding this complaint against us
In our defense
please do read the forwarded e-mails below which tell the truth of what transpired
On jan I Inquired of Mr*** , if everything was okand if we could do any thing for them
On jan he expressed no dissatisfaction with the accommodations and In fact wanted to be able to have a late check out
We gave them the late check out and did not charge anything extra for it
Two weeks later he complained about the staycomplaining about our location being too remote and there being no street lights on our street and some numbers on the microwave in the unit not working etc etc....Please note that he did not complain about any of these when we asked him while he was staying with us...In fact he wanted to stay additional hours....which we let him with charging anythingOur practice is to charge $ for a late check out because the cleaning lady has to come back at an in convenient hour
I sent him $as a gesture of good faithnow he is asking for more...please please read the e-mails below
