This is the second time I’ve used American Moving and Storage and again they did not disappoint!! They moved a bedroom apartment into a house beautifullyC [redacted] and D [redacted] were professional, curtious, and extremely hard workingIt was degrees and sunny and they didn’t take a single break during the entire hour moveTheir spirits were high, making jokings and laughing the whole timeIt was a pleasure working with themThey were careful with our things and very efficientWhen it was looking like rain during the unload they went into turbo mode and hurried everything off the truck onto the porch or just inside the house successfully avoiding the rainThen stuck around to carry everything inside to the appropriate roomI would hire them again in a heartbeat especially at their reasonable pricesGreat company and great people!

My movers showed up early, quickly got the job done, and even helped me assemble a piece of furniture! It was pouring rain when I moved, and they kept all my stuff dry with blanketsI will recommend to all of my friends!

Everything went smoothly! They arrived early, there were three men but I only reserved and had to pay for (which was a lovely surprise!), they got it done quickly and packed the space very efficientlyNo complaints!

They was one time and the move was quick, but they ripped/cut my mattress and broke a piece off my bed

I have used American Moving and Storage of Ohio times, the latest move was October 26, These guys are always polite, efficient and fast Never any damages and they take care not to damage walls, etc when moving large items Price to move is very reasonable too I highly recommend American Moving and Storage of Ohio for your local moving needs!

We used American Moving and Storage in March, to move from a Condo (second floor) to an apartment (on second and third floor) Our furniture was extremely heavy (couch and loveseat with dual recliners) and very heavy bedroom set The crew was on time, professional and considerate We moved on a very rainy day and could not have been more pleased with the quality job that was done We would not hesitate to use them again

We hired these movers because of a neurological condition I had which prevented me from standing unassisted and also left me in constant painThey were efficient and quick, though reeked of smokeUnfortunately, they also stole my pain medicationI moved the medication myself and left it on the bathroom counter, prior to movers arrivingAfter the movers left, the pills were completely missingThe only other person in the house with us was my wife and she was distraught at the lossAs a result, my health was endangered due to withdrawal symptoms and my work was questionable for a weekWhen confronted about the matter, the business was dismissive and vague and did not take the matter seriously, refusing to discipline the employees or take the complaint seriouslyI would not have contacted the movers had I not had certainty that they had stolen from us, yet the complaint was not respectedI have learned that the movers have moved on, but apparently, the only thing that would have given them cause to talk to an employee about it was if I had caught someone in the act (and thus endangered myself)Somehow, I feel that even then this would not have been respectedI recommend finding a mover with more integrity, especially if you are physically incapable of keeping an eye on them at all times
