This company is excellent! They have an office that you can actually stop in and talk to the office workers. I like that because most companies are just some college kids that are operating out of their house or apartment so if something goes wrong you have no way to find them. Also they did a great job. Office guys are super nice, workers are extremely nice and professional!

Simply the best.
If you want the best, seek it out! Just look at their GOOGLE reviews. These guys really take their time to make sure the job is done right. It is hard to trust companies in the world we live in now.
TRUST these guys , they don't quit.
They also have storage and clutter removal.
I love the one-stop shop
Thank you for supporting local businesses. ( this is one of them!!!!!!!)

The company did not perform service as required under the contract. I cannot get a return phone call, and am still owed $100 from an overpay at the direction of their driver. Initially, we were told a 26 foot truck would be adequate for our move. They came out and assured us, that it would all fit "no problem". The company loaded the truck full, but I was left with many belongings that did not fit on the truck. It forced me to scramble last minute and rent a u-Haul. They did not stay to help me load the u-Haul despite paying for a full house loading.

We were supposed to have a team of movers to unpack for us in ***, they did not show up. It was raining and they said that was why. We had to unload the truck with the help only of the driver. We paid for a full moving crew at a rate of 37.50 per hour, and none of them showed. I voiced my concerns on the day of the move and they immediately demanded payment by cashier's check as soon as I started to complain. They have refused to return my phone calls and messages. I have left them numerous voicemails without ever receiving a call back. I have to continually call and hope someone answers the phone only to be told that they will "get back to me" and never do.

None of that is true. We quoted you a price for a 26ft box truck or 10,000lb. The stuff in the garage we were told by the home ownwer would be moved by the husband in a trailer. We had help on the unload but the customer offered to help because we were unloading during a tropical storm.. MOst companies would of held the belongings until the storm passed and charged extra we didnt. We dont owe anything. according to our contract you were paying for one 26 foot truck that is what we provided. Also we were told the stuff in the garage would be moved. Thanks!

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
It is not an accurate reflection of the situation. I was told on the phone that I had a $100 overpay, which has never been refunded. They are not responding to phone calls from me. I have multiple witnesses who saw their failure to provide the staff we paid for the unload. We paid for a team of 4 people at 37.50 per hour in the contract, and they did not come. We unloaded the truck and assembled the furniture with only their driver present. I have a copy of the binding estimate indicating a full house move, load, and unload. This is not what we contracted for.

Please stop lying. We called twice yesterday and left voice messages. you called back after hours. please call between 8-445 and we would be happy to talk as we alaways. we have discussed this numerous times and are always happy to talk further. The contract states it is for a 26 ft truck load. We were told we didnt have to move the garage. You didnt pay extra for the unload we dont charge by the hour on the unload that is included in the price. If you didnt want to help unload you shouldnt of volunteered. Thanks!

Since this incident, the company has offered me a refund in the amount of $300.00.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

The negligence on this company's part caused a lot of damage to my furniture, financial and significant time loss. My luxury and common couches were dirtied and damage in the process. They now have to be professionally cleaned, the luxury couch cannot be used because the legs that removed are now missing. The couch pillows were tossed through out the storage unit and were filthy as a result, The mirror to the dresser cannot be installed the because the leg was broken. Dresser, night stand, chest drawer legs were damaged in the process as well. Half of the items were suppose to be moved to storage and the other half to an apartment but crew was given instructions to stop where ever they were with me and to leave for another job. I had to book 2 uhauls last minute and incurred additional cost as a result of this unfair act.

This move actually took place on the 29th. We were hired as a 3rd party thru *** to complete his move. The information they provided for the move which is attached said we were moving a 2 bed room house to an apartment and the customer was doing the packing. When we arrived he said we was suppose to do the packing and he also said he told *** he wanted us to do the packing. Lucky for us *** records all the conversations and he never mentioned packing or storage. So we werent prepared to do the packing which a separate service and requires materials so couldnt. To verify this you can call *** out of *** and talk to *** she has his phone call recorded. We did however complete his move and didnt leave in the middle of it. We have never done that to a customer and never would. He never mentioned damages on the day of the move and signed the paperwork saying his belongings arrived in good condition and has 30 days to file a complaint which he never did until until now. After the move a very well respected realtor *** called us and asked if we were moving him because he was renting his place and owed him rent and he was trying to skip. His number is . He said he owes him a few months rent and is trying to get out of payying, so in my opinion hes just hard on times and trying to get something for free. He had no complaints on the day of the move. Signed all the paper work that nothing was damaged. We were hired through a 3rd party he didnt hire us directly. He also signed paperwork saying we were liable for .60 cents per pound if we damaged something which I dont believe we did. And his 30 days he has to file was two weeks ago.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

There are many items within the business letter that were incorrect. The realtor should not have contacted you and he was not telling the truth. The reason for the move was not to skip out on rent, all rent has been paid (fully documented in bank statements) he was just trying to fish for information on the move. That is not a part of this complaint and not within the scope of this moving business. When the items were delivered, the moving team had packed the unit so tightly that we could not see the damaged things (see pic 2495), until my wife, family members and myself opened the storage later that night. Some of the broken items were hidden so we would not be able to see it easily. However, I do have pictures taken the same day of delivery and the following day when we were retrieving the items from storage. The reason for the quick move in Friday was I currently work/live temporarily in a different state for a project and was only available that weekend, my wife was leaving out of state the next Monday for business travel which is why the complaint wasn’t filed sooner. We are nowhere near hard on times nor looking for a pay out, I expect a company to own their faults, not make excuses. We are new citizen to the area and have a very good reputation within our previous community. The photos taken are dated and timed. The moving date was in fact 9/29/2017, not 9/30/17. In addition, there were two recorded calls and when the caller asked if I needed packing I said “yes, not all items need to be packed, some are already packed, but my wife will be there to show them what needs to be packed”. Please retrieve the other recording, our phone records also show the multiple calls. We just want a refund and our items repaired, no trouble, just what's fair.

Regards
