I am rejecting this response because: although they are saying that the refund
transaction was processed "seamlessly" the money never came to my accountThey refunded it not to BB&T but to a non-existent bank through a non-existent debit cardI do not know where *** sent the money, but it did not come to my account, nor does *** have any record of itI am the American Music Theatre's customer, I paid them and it is their job to ensure that I get my refundI should not be caught in the middle of a battle between American Music Theatre and BB&TWhat kind of customer service is that?
