We spoke to [redacted] on January 16, 2014 and advised him of the tax and that he exempt from this tax but he needs to full out a Soldier’s & Sailor’s Affidavit and mail it to the [redacted] and they will removed the tax bill. As to [redacted] claim that our phone number is not working, we are confused about her claim since our phone number is and was always been working, in fact we did speak with [redacted] . For [redacted] convince, we are including the Soldier’s & Sailor’s Affidavit that has to be mailed or emailed to the [redacted] .
