Review: AQS is a subsideray school referred to me by ANSI for ISO 9000 training. After successfull completion of this class I did not have enough time to re-take the exam. Within the 6 month time limitation to re-take exam I made numerous attempts and agreat deal of effort to schedule to re-take the exam. When finally reaching the [redacted] of the company [redacted], he apologized and agreed to allow me to re-take. I spoke with his partner [redacted] and [redacted] the [redacted] and [redacted] the [redacted] through email communication to schedule this re-axmination. After a threadful of emails, and a confirmation of a date and place to retake the test, they came back and told me they decided they were not going to allow this- no reasons specified. I have documented emails of this communication. Not only did this cause an interruption to my professional goals, but caused an enormous stress in my family's life. This company robbed an innocent single mother of an opportuniy to provide a better living for her family. This complaint may not go very far, but perhaps it might on an ethical standpoint if and when this company is presented with an opportunity and the roles become reversed. The whole entire situation was handled unprofessionally, and most importantly, extremely unethically. To be frank, its a bit disturbing and caused a huge set back for me and my children.Desired Settlement: The ability to re-take the class and exam at no charge, or a total refund of the services, and additional compensation for the time and effort invested in this course.
