unfortunately the loan was Declined by the wholesale lender we submitted the loan to . We were trying to obtain an approval with a new lender. During this process the new lender informed us that we could not transfer the appraisal. This caused us to request a new appraisal from the client. When the...
client was informed of the requirements he declined to continue. American nationwide mortgage as the broker does not feel responsible for the appraisal fee as we require a paid appraisal in the beginning of the loan process.This is not a commitment to lend. We processed the file and put time in effort to try to obtain the loan for the client with no success. We do not feel obligated to an appraisal refund.
