American Neon Sign

Review: We called this company to repair ONE neon sign, than a few days later that very same neon sign stopped working. We called him up again to fix it, he called back after a few days and after I have left several messages trying to reach out to this "office." When he finally came by, he was very cold, but he did fix it. Than three days later, all of the neon signs stopped working. I called him immediately in the morning, left a few messages once again, and as the day wore on, two of the neon signs started working again. The he fixed and one of the original undamaged neon sign, but the other original neon sign is now currently NOT WORKING. The next day he came by (in the evening) for a few second and left without so much as letting us know exactly what was wrong. He called back the next day (afternoon), saying something along the lines of "it's going to need another transformer because it's an old neon sign..."(for this new original undamaged neon sign that is now damaged). I explained to him that it's been working for over fifteen years now and only when he came along and touched the neon signs (we only asked for that one neon sign to be fixed; which took much longer than it should have) that the other original undamaged neon sign suddenly stopped working. So now, he is telling us that in order for him to come by our restaurant again, he is going to have to charge us another $110 dollars just to fix this neon sign. At this moment, I believe he damaged our originally undamaged neon sign during this whole ordeal of trying to fix the neon sign that damaged in the first place. It is entirely not fair that we have to pay more out of our pockets for his mistake. At this moment, he is essentially not going to comply with helping us further unless we want to fork over another $110 dollars.Desired Settlement: I would like him ([redacted]) to come by and fix this originally undamaged neon sign (now damaged) WITHOUT CHARGE.
