Dear [redacted],Response to Complaint Received by the Revdex.com from [redacted] re: American Nurses Association [redacted] did apparently encounter technical issues while attempting to join the American Nurses Association online. I am not clear who she spoke to...

initially, but she was have transferred to the Membership Billing line (second teach mentioned). According to [redacted], the Membership Billing representative offered to set up her membership and take her payment over the phone. This is standard practice when assisting a person having difficulty joining online. However, [redacted] declined this offer. [redacted] also indicated that the Membership representative stated that they were referring the issue to IT. Again, this would be standard practice.When [redacted] logged back in and attempted to join later that day, she must have seen the statement attached regarding members selecting the monthly payment option. If this is selected, a message appears online that a person must be a member for 6 months prior to receiving the certification discount. This requirement does not apply if the annual payment option is selected as a full year's membership dues are paid in advance.When [redacted] called back again on January 30th, another attempt was made by the Membership Billing staff to assist her in joining online. However, there was still a technical issue that was escalated in our IT reporting process. In the meantime, Sabrina N[redacted], Manager of Revenue Operations, created a work around using the renewal process that would allow [redacted] to join online. This was communicated via e-mail to [redacted] that day. The director of the department, Susan R[redacted], followed up with an e-mail the next day to assure she received the information and ask if she had any further questions or concerns. To-date, we have not heard anything further from [redacted].We would be happy to have [redacted] as a member and have tried to make accommodations so that this could occur using the payment method and process she prefers.Sincerely,
