This letter is in response to your letter dated May 26th stating that we did not answer this complaintThis statement is incorrect as I M*** *** as the new owner of Duran Truck and Auto did speak w/ you Brent, personally at length & talked about this mistakeJ** *** was the owner of the
business & is the holder of the warranty to this complaint, he did the work over a year ago on MrK***'s vehicleI have owned the business for months, therefore this complaint has no relevance pertaining to my Business.You also stated that the matter would be closed & you would send MrK*** a letter telling him that & he would have to talk to the District Attorney about going after J** *** in Idaho, did this happen?
