ID # [redacted] The complaintant has owed $ for heating oil since 03/24/14, They were on a budget pymt plan, I've been calling randomly to get them to make payments, [redacted] and [redacted] never returns my calls, I stopped at their house a few months ago and her husband told me at his front door he would start paying me.In my phone calls I was always polite and always mentioned I would stop at their house to talk to themThe Driver she talks about in her complaint is me, [redacted] , I own the oil business and her husband knows that, they are my neighbors and live a few houses from me, I always give the husband a friendlywave when he's outside with their young childI have sent bills to their house on 12/26/13, 01/29/14, 02/11/14, 03/27/14, 4/16/14, 05/29/14, 02/09/15, 04/02/15, I will send another bill today, I deliver heating oil to their Landlord and of our neighbors next door to them, They are basically very nice people and Iwould never threaten them, I have a great reputation in town and plan to keep it that way, All I would like is for them to pay me for heating oil that they used and owe meThey were customers since 04/26/13, I would be glad to set them up with a pymt plan they can handleIf you have any questions or concernsplease call me at [redacted] or [redacted] [redacted] , American Oil & Heating LLC

After separate phone calls to this business (only the Answering Service would pick up), I was requesting delivery for a fillupthe website had 1.899/galWhen I called, the answering service denied the online priceI asked to have someone from the company call me but after attempts, they never called me backI went back onto the website 12/16/and found they raised the online price to 2.049/galI recommend people skip this company for they refuse to honor the price they had online - lack of integrity, lack of honor or moralsI will NEVER go back to this so called company

After 3 separate phone calls to this business (only the Answering Service would pick up),

4 attempts, they never called me back. I went back onto the website 12/16/16 and found they
raised the online price to 2.049/gal. I recommend people skip this company for they refuse to
honor the price they had online - lack of integrity, lack of honor or morals.
I will NEVER go back to this so called company.

this is the best oil company in the area,always ontime,always exc prices,small to large deliveries to fit your budgets,expert services

Review: While we still owe on our oil bill the company has not sent us a bill, instead the oil delivery guy continues to call my cell phone and harass me threatening to come to my house for collection. I have a small child and this scares me. I also have not seen a bill that states exactly how much I owe, I am not going by what some delivery guy tells me over phone I haven't seen it in writing.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to take appropriate steps for billing me and have an amount owed in writing and stop having the oil delivery guy calling my cell phone and threatening to come to my door for an amount of money I haven't seen in writing.
