We always suggest that the customer contact our company if there are any questions. Our nearest factory ran out of the brackets, so instead of waiting another week, we instructed a further location to send them by UPS 2-day shipping (one day shipping was not available), but the customer assumed overnight shipping, and he received the brackets the next day. This building is rather small, so it is quite easy to unload by hand in the 2-hour window, but shippers routinely ask about forklifts, so sometimes customers go ahead and get one without calling us first to clarify what is really needed. We always, always ask customers to contact us with anything that comes up. The customer was given the explanation of the dotted line on the prints which did NOT represent a missing part. Our engineers draw all the blueprints which are always custom, so of course they know what every line represents. The customer is now very happy with the building, and needs to update this review.

I would like to be reimbursed for the additional time required to fix the blueprint error, one day of labor for 6 men ($1000) the cost of the missing door springs and hardware ($564) and the cost to have a garage door installer come out to install the door later because of the spring and hardware delay ($550) I tried using the form on the website but I was unable to enter any text in the required field. Response:
We stand by our claim that our buildings can be erected without a problem with the parts all cut and labeled at the factory, but a customer should contact us BEFORE their contractor cut some parts into pieces. The contractor clearly did not follow our engineering or detailed instructions, and did not contact us at the time they were questioning the door opening. What can we say about door springs being missing from a delivery that was made years earlier. They replaced the springs on their own and then sent us photos of the finished building which they were finally happy with.
