I would like to thank Mr [redacted] and his team for going above and beyond in the services they provided Their customer service is unmatched in my opinion They took ownership of their work, brought to our attention potential issues and recommended solutions When I was unsure about a feature, the technician educated me and double checked the feature making sure it was working as it should I would and will recommend AOD to anyone who needs their services From the president, to the project managers, to the accounting office and to the fabulous technicians, I had a positive experience! Excellent job and kudos to AOD for setting the standard of excellent customer service and satisfaction Thank you!!!

Wrong, when the sales person came out, [redacted] , he showed me what was available and everything was included It didn't stop there, the installer, [redacted] , looked like he just graduated high school He was professional, clean, polite, and knowledgeable He made sure I knew the guarantees and could call with any problem I don't know where these guys find their employees, but they are the best!! If you want an expert professional garage door businessthis is THE ONE I went to get a remote replaced and, ***, ensured I could call her for help setting it up or a tech would come out to assist-who does that anymore!!!
