I needed a step metal front porch railing for my and year old parents who have moved in with my husband and I I contacted Rio Grande fence and a salesman came out April 7, The 32", one step metal railing was not installed until AUGUST 1, nearly months later and only after many phone calls, emails and texts and at DOUBLE the price I thought I was quotedI asked the salesman to quote me for a railing on each side of the front porch and was quoted $ I told the salesman I only wanted one railing, assuming it would cost $After the rail was installed I was told that the one railing was $ We went to the office explain the situation and spoke with the financial person who said that the one railing cost them $and so the $price was the correct priceAfter that visit the company discounted the price by $ We paid the bill because I had previously signed an invoice with the $amount thinking it was there to show the price if we wanted two railingsBottom line is I did not read what I was signing, I trusted the salesmanMy parents were going to pay for the railing but because of the $price we have split the cost, each paying half of the bill I contacted two other people in the fence business to see if the railing cost of $was reasonable and both said the cost of the railing should have been $or less
